A comprehensive training for church leadership teams.
The Bold Leadership Training (BLT) program is designed to help congregational teams build relationships and develop ways of working together that will enliven the mission and ministry of the congregation. With years of experience building cohesive teams in outdoor ministries, Anthony Briggs (Cross Roads) and Dave Holtz (Luther Crest) will facilitate learning and growth among your congregational leadership council, clergy, and staff.
The BLT program is adaptable to your congregation’s needs and can be facilitated through online and/or in-person gatherings. Please reach out to Anthony and Dave through the contact form at the bottom of this page to discuss how we can best partner with your congregation.
In an introductory module, we establish goals and expectations for our work together and focus on relationship building among team members.
Who is a part of this team and what unique part do they play in living out our collective mission? We dive deeper into defining individual and collective responsibilities during this module.
Each congregation has unique gifts, characteristics, and culture. During this module, your leadership team will explore the mission and ministries of your church and discuss how you are situated to serve your congregation, greater community, and the world.
Building an effective team takes intentional work. Modules on team development will help provide tools for your congregational leadership team to effectively work together through conflict and change.
Let’s get to work! Your leadership team, with the help of our facilitators, will evaluate current work plans and structures and then adapt them to meet the goals laid out in previous modules.
